Terms for using ProofLog™.
Use of the App
ProofLog is a field photo report app for creating local photo records and PDF reports. You are responsible for how you use the app and for complying with laws, site rules, and any permissions that apply to your work.
User Content and Records
You are responsible for the photos, notes, Voice Notes, timestamps, location information, company branding, and other records you create, import, store, export, or share using ProofLog.
Reports
ProofLog can help generate PDF photo reports from selected records. You are responsible for reviewing reports before sharing them and for deciding whether a report is suitable for your intended use.
Full Version and Purchases
ProofLog may offer a non-consumable in-app purchase called ProofLog Full Version. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's App Store terms and policies.
No Professional or Legal Guarantee
ProofLog is a documentation tool. It does not provide legal, engineering, inspection, construction, safety, or professional advice. ProofLog does not guarantee that any record or report will meet legal, contractual, evidentiary, regulatory, or professional requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Omniatics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, records, profits, business, or opportunities arising from use of ProofLog.
Changes to the App or Terms
ProofLog may change over time. These terms may be updated when needed. The updated version will be posted on this page.
