Use of ProofLog
ProofLog is a field documentation app for iPhone and iPad that can create local field records and professional PDF reports, including through Field Capture and Build Progress workflows. The ProofLog website may also provide browser-local Tools. You are responsible for how you use ProofLog and for complying with laws, site rules, and any permissions that apply to your work.
User Content and Records
You retain ownership of the photos, notes, voice or audio, time information, location information, company branding, and other records or content you create or provide. You are responsible for content you create, import, store, export, share, transfer, or back up using ProofLog.
Reports, Export, and Backup
ProofLog can help generate professional PDF reports from selected field records and can let you choose a report language and company presentation details. You are responsible for reviewing reports before sharing them and for deciding whether a report is suitable for your intended use.
You are responsible for choosing appropriate sources and destinations for exported reports and portable backups, maintaining any additional copies you need, and protecting content after you export, share, save, transfer, back up, or restore it.
Free Access and ProofLog Pro
ProofLog includes Free access and offers ProofLog Pro as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. No ProofLog subscription is currently required. The applicable price is shown before purchase. Purchases, payment handling, restoration, and applicable refunds are handled through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's systems, terms, and policies where applicable. The current in-app paths are Settings → Get ProofLog Pro for purchase and Settings → Restore Purchases for restoration.
Printable Field Labels
Printable Field Labels is a browser-local Tool for general professional field identification, such as equipment, rooms, locations, components, inspection points, temporary work identifiers, and jobsite references.
Printable Field Labels is not presented as safety-signage certification, electrical-code compliance, OSHA, NEC, or other code compliance, or regulatory labeling approval. You are responsible for deciding whether a generated label is suitable for your work, equipment, site, and applicable requirements.
Browser and printer settings, printer capabilities, paper handling, and physical output can affect printed dimensions. You are responsible for verifying actual printed dimensions when physical size is material to your use.

ProofLog is a documentation tool. It does not provide legal, engineering, inspection, construction, safety, or professional advice. ProofLog does not guarantee that any record, report, or generated label will meet legal, contractual, evidentiary, regulatory, or professional requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Omniatics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, records, profits, business, or opportunities arising from use of ProofLog.
Changes to ProofLog or These Terms
ProofLog may change over time. These terms may be updated when needed. The updated version will be posted on this page.
